Successes

It is with the greatest amount of excitement that we share the news of a round lake kennel client and dog trainer Jack Zimmerman. Jack purchased a puppy from Round Lake out of a litter consisting of our own female BJ and a sire named Oban, who is a qualified all age sire. Jack is a military veteran who served our county with honor and sacrifice. He is wheel chair bound and just titled his dog Moose as a senior hunter in the AKC hunt test competitions. To our knowledge this is the highest level of accomplishment for a dog trainer who is wheel chair bound. This is a just testament to his determination, courage and patience. Round Lake Kennels would like to extend congratulations to Jack Zimmerman and his faithful companion Moose for a job more than just well done. we are excited to share in this very unique success story.

Congratulations Randall Anzalone and Round Lakes Ty’n One On (QAA MH Berkley X Round Lakes Punch) on a HRC title this past weekend in western Arkansas

Owner Jake Smith and Black Lab Zam take 2nd place at the SRS dock jumping competition in Mankato!
Here is the letter from Jake.
“Hey Thad!
Can’t thank you enough for Zam, he has been doing great. This last week my brother talked me into going
to a SRS dock jumping competition in Mankato with Zam. He loves jumping off the dock at the cabin so
I said why not. His first jump was 10feet but the docks at the competition are way different than at the lake.
His second attempt was 18 feet 1 inch which qualified for the finals. Then in the finals he jumped 20feet 8inches!
I was so proud of him! He listens well, heels, and sits on command! I am a true believer in blood lines!
We ended up in second place! We lost by just 5 inches. Thanks for the opportunity to have a great dog!”
